I'm all over the place, I can't even think of a title for my blog today.
Each night and morning I set wonderful goals, by the evening, I achieved maybe half of them. I'm no longer journaling my food all day, I have to push myself to exercise, which I really used to enjoy. Last week I started my period...which makes the days really hard b/c most of the time I just don't give a darn. I have such a crappy attitude right now and I need to give myself such a swift kick in the rear end. I just don't have the energy or the drive. I think that's the problem, I just don't have the drive right now. I'm not sure where it went or how to go about getting it back...hmmm

From one mom to another, consider yourself kicked in the pants. You are an awesome lady and need to treat yourself that way.

Okay, you only reach some of your goals each day. That is still a plus. Give yourself credit for this.

Next, start a streak page and post it where you can see it. Drink 8 glasses of water a day or maybe exercise 3 times a week. If it is where you see it you will want to do better.

It isn't easy, but if it was, we wouldn't all be here at Spark People. I know because I struggle with it also. But like you, I will not give up!

    Hang in there.

Commitment is the key. No one always wants to exercise but just do it . I must listen to my own advice too. Let's get started back on track, thanks.
