Last Week of the Summer 5% Challenge

Well, here it is the last week of the challenge. This challenge has been interesting and hard for me. I haven't been able to reach my 5% goal. Actually I have gained. But I have paid more attention to what I am eating and counting my calories. I love to exercise (Zumba up to 6 days a week) and have been able to maintain the 120 minutes everyday. This is a good challenge and even though the weight did not come off, I am going to do the Fall 5% Challenge which will hopefully be more successful weight wise. You should check out this challenge!
