Time to Face The Music

I have made several failed stabs at getting back on the wagon. I have paid lip service to commitment. I have tried gimmick diets which were not sustainable and had quick drops in the beginning, but were no lasting. I said I wanted to get off the rollercoaster and yet around a couple more times. GAH.

Time to face the music. My weight has ballooned back to 235 pounds. I have to regain control. I bought the Firm Express, because even I should be able to manage 30 minutes 3 times a week.

I had success on my diet (and my husband had success on making all the meals) when I planned the family menu for the week.

Life style changes require planning. I need to book my exercise into my schedule, and live with it.

I can do it.

    I agree the key element to success is planning, it takes a bit of time but it pays off. Don't despair this is a journey and you try / you learn until you find what works for you we are all individual human beings after all. You can do this!!!! As a fellow sparker said to me one, "Life happens"
