Weekend's are my portion control enemy! I don't have th structure of work to keep me focued. Plus, I'm usually out and about, or am doing things around the house so have ready access to my pantry and fridge. It's not the kinds of food I have at home either that really get to me. It's more that I just graze all day and forget to watch my portions as closely as when I pack my lunch for work. Or, when I head out, I forget to grab my apple or granola bar! I know that weekends for me definitley need improvement, and I know I can focus as much at home, just as much as I do when I plan for the work week!
