My September Goals

1.Get myself back on track August hasn't been good to me.
2.I have got to watch my sugars and carbs and maybe I will lose some weight I'm at a standstill.
3.My depression has got me all out of sorts,the Dr. going to change my meds wish me luck I hope to feel better and back to myself again.
4.Not be so hard on myself,and do what I can do.
5.Start tracking my food again I was slack in August.
6.Lose 2 lbs. if I can,if i can't don't beat myself up.
