Day 43---Six weeks already!!

DIdnt get a chance to check in yesterday but i am doing good with sticking to my goals, I am however slowly incorporating chips into my diet , not much though, i am staying within my calories, but I am going to stop as of today, because if i dont its going to spiral out of control and i will start gaining, not sure of how much i weigh, havent stepped on a scale yet, last week i found that my scale is off, its a digital, and thats when i went to the doctors office for my weigh in gonna get on reliable one hopefully this weekend, but not discouraged at all, sticking to it...Besides the chip cravings that i gave into, i am doing good on everything else, mainly eating fruit and yogurt through out the day and a sensible meal at dinner.I started exercising again on the weekends, i got lazy and missed a weekend, so gonna try to do at least 20 minutes a day on the weekends.I also incorperated a couple videos with Coach Nicole..luved it, she really kicked my butt in 10 minutes, if any of you havent tried, i suggest too.Well, gotta go , hope everyone is doing great...heres to another week!!!! emoticon
