Extra pounds had been sneaking on, and I kept saying I needed to get them back off and get back within my maintenance range. But I never did set a SPECIFIC goal, nor did I re-set my trackers for weight loss, rather than maintenance. I did not lose those extra pounds, so this is something I need to do for September. As for my fitness goal, it was to walk 50 miles during the month. I exceeded that goal by walking a total of 75.45 miles during August. I need to keep reminding myself to reward the goals met and not dwell on the scale results!
