Well, so much for upping my goal! - Hubby Frustration

Well, didn't totally fall off the wagon but ate that last 1/4 cheese muffin I had stowed away in my freezer after my carefully planned Spark meal plan supper was thwarted by hubby "only wants canned soup, eat early, then, no, still only want soup but eat later - Ugh! Scream!! Have to have a lot of patience to make it 50 years, but think hubby is feeling a little left-out because I spend so much time exercising and Sparkin'. I really had to scramble to balance my carb/fat/protein for the day by whipping up a big salad with packaged grilled chicken and a smidgen of Feta cheese. I struggle daily with that balance anyway, and hubby's food preferences (I'll eat almost anything, hence the reason I need to lose weight.)

Well, will pick up and go on, fortunately I don't have anything else stashed away calling my name when I'm tired and feel I'm being pulled in too many directions. That's what is so good about SparkPeople, a safe place to vent. P.S., can't get hubby to exercise with me, he does mall-walk daily, and usually a long dog walk (that is a long walk with a long dog!)
