emoticon Track calories at least 6 days/week, staying within limits (1,490 - 1,840)

emoticon Daily weigh in; for now to help keep me on track!

emoticon Ensure daily water consumption is always met!

emoticon Take multivitamin and calcium supplement

emoticon Fruits/veggies, 5/day

emoticon Exercise, 30mins/day cardio and strength - challenged Addy to 1000 fitness minutes for the month!

emoticon Only eat before 7pm

emoticon Blog every Saturday reviewing if meeting goals, making adjustments as necessary.

emoticon September loss goal: 5lbs

emoticon Remember to make time for my husband... :) I'm always so busy with the boys and household responsibilities and work that I think I need to really make time for us - go on a date, and sit and really talk and laugh together. This needs to be a priority to keep me mentally healthy.

emoticon Also, I do spend time on FB so I've altered my feed to show me a lot of the healthy groups and people (ie, Bob Harper, Biggest Loser, Women's Health, SP). And I've started a 'secret' group where I can be more transparent to family and friends which will help keep me accountable. Let me know if you're on FB! :)

Nothing before today matters, it can't be changed. But what I can do is control my future - make the conscious decisions that will lead me to success.
