35 by 35

My new goal......to lose 35 pounds by my 35th birthday on February 6.

The break down which makes this SO much more manageable is the weekly number. I'm shooting for 7 pounds per month and/or 1.75 pounds per week.

I'm excited to see this work and especially to be healtheir for my birthday!
