Food Network's Healthy Eats Brown Bag Challenge

So, Food Network's Healthy Eats blog has extended the challenge to "Bring your lunch to work each weekday for the month of September." I thought I'd take up the challenge and record here on my blog what my lunches are for each day. It's 21 days of home-packed lunches! I'm excited to see what the benefits to my waistline and pocketbook will be by the end of the month.

Lunch today is:

2 oz sundried tomato turkey on a whole grain Thinwich with 1 c grapes and salad (iceberg lettuce and cucumbers) with Orange Ginger dressing.
