Day 2 and challenges

Day 2 is complete. I just finished my last meal post workout. Again, with the meals all ready prepared, it isn't hard to reach for the meal you need to eat.

My challenges?

Well, I have a platinum crossbow which at the moment is broken. It has a replacement part, which is here but the hubby has yet to install it. He says he needs me to help him, which is hard because I have trouble taking the time to sit and hold stuff for him when I have dishes to wash, clothes to wash and fold, etc. Hopefully this weekend we can get it fixed. Until then I am trying to substitute the cable workouts for resistance bands and free weights, trying to replicate what the move is Jamie is wanting me to do.

The other challenge....food. My batch prepared food is seriously depleted already. It isn't a huge deal with the weekend coming, but I didn't anticipate the family eating the pre prepped stuff. It is good for them, I just wish I had made more.

Tonight I am making more batch stuff to carry me through the rest of the week. So far so good. I am feeling a bit better. My fatigue is lessening a bit. I like the soreness. I know things are working.

Supplements.... well, I am taking a multivitamin, fish oil, and BCAA after my workouts. I am not sure when to drink these protein shakes with all the meals, so I will have to read up on what to do.

    I usually have a protein shake post workout. I only do this on workout days only. Thats just my preference. SOunds like you are doing great on the challenge!

    GIRL I AM THE SAME ESPECIALLY WHEN I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF SOMETHING AND DH SO NICELY INTERRUPTS WITH A COME HERE. I NEED A SECOND PAIR OF HANDS. AND THEN BY THE TIME I GET THERE HE HAS MANAGED WITHOUT ME. IT'S ALMOST FRUSTRATING ISN'T IT! AND ESPECIALLY IF I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF MY AFTERNOON-EVENING EXERCISE!

    BATCH OR BULK COOKING IS VERY GOOD IDEA. AND DON'T YA JUST LOVE IT WHEN OTHERS GET THEIR PATTY FINGERS INTO IT. OIY! I HEAR YA OR YOU BUY SOMETHING SPECIFICALLY FOR YOURSELF AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE KNOWS ITS NOT TO BE TOUCHED AND THE NEXT THING YA KNOW IT'S BEEN EATEN! ERRRR! SOMETIMES......

    I TOO TAKE VITAMINS AND MINERALS TO SUPPLEMENT WHAT I EAT.
    I'VE REALLY GOTTEN INTO DR FUHRMANS EAT TO LIVE AND EAT FOR HEALTH. WHAT AN INCREDIBLE DIFFERENCE!
