August check up - I'm feeling pretty good as this month comes to an end. I did great with exercising and half marathon training. I'm so ready for this race to be over with, but I feel more ready than I have in the past.
Haven't lost any weight this month, but I feel like I'm focused this week and looking to make September a very successful month.
Soooooo....September, what do we have in store??
Running: 12 miles this weekend and half marathon next weekend. Other than that, short runs for me!!
Other exercise: personal training 2x per week - trainer is really stepping it up a notch and kicking my butt lately. Bootcamp 1x per week and powerflex 1x per week.
Weight loss goals - OK, lets focus and be reasonable. 4 pounds this month? That seems doable...5 would be nice :-)
Food - the usual....trying not to undo all the weekly good things on the weekends.
Be happy, stay focused and get out there and enjoy the beautiful weather while it lasts.
