Weigh in day coming up

Previously I had weighed in weekly and to my dismay I would either have an increase in my week just prior to weigh-in day. Or... I would have a large decrease and then be disappointed that it did not remain with me. Well enough of that I have decided that I will count my weigh in at the beginning of the month to account for such irregularities. Now mind you I still jump on the scale emoticonnearly every morning (just cannot stop the habit just yet) I suppose it is to keep me honest.

In two days time I will be weighing emoticonin on SparkPeople and so far I think I will be pleased as long as I do not blow it. emoticon

    I can see the reasoning behind only officially logging once a month. Because you are correct, if you are heading in the right direction you will always see a decline and not the possible swings one week shows.
