This is week 4 of my Do-It-Yourself P90X

So I am in week four of my do-it-yourself P90X. I am doing this using the exercise videos and Wii games that I currently own. I am following Tony Horton's lean plan.

Weeks 1-3:
Day 1-Chest, Back, abs and cardio
Day 2-Cardio
Day 3-Shoulders, Arms, Abs, and Cardio
Day 4-Karate and boxing aerobics
Day 5-, Yoga and Pilates [using Exerbeats Karate/Boxing, and videos]
Day 6-optional, cardio

Week 4:
Day 1 Yoga/Pilates from videos or wii games
Day 2 Core Synergistics--created a circuit workout alternating aerobics with core exercises
Day 3 Karate/Boxing aerobics from Exerbeats and videos
Day 4 Core Synergistics circuit again
Day 5 Yoga/Pilates
Day 6 Karate/Boxing aerobics

I am definitely feeling more fit and am building my strength. I know that my program is probably not as tough as Tony Horton's at first but am building up to harder workouts. I have immunity issues, so everything needs to be tailored to my capabilities. So far it has been a really fun experience!
