Training Schedule 8/29 - 9/4

Another week is here! I am ready.

8/29 - Easy 3 mile walk. Rest day

8/30 - ST along with RW 6 miles

8/31 - Spinning 60 mins along with 5 mile walk

9/1 - ST along with RW 6 miles

9/2 - Rest or light swim if possible and water run

9/3 - Brick 30/6 - 30 mile ride followed by 6 mile run

9/4 - 25 mile ride along with 3 mile walk
