Kettle Bell Challenge

After our mini-vacation, I experienced a major let-down when I returned to reality. Of course, that meant I had to fall apart a bit. I got off track with the exercise and food tracking and the novel.

But, thanks to the inspiration of the Spark People, I'm making my way back. I took on a Kettle Bell challenge to help keep me focused. It's a 10-1 Ladder. I'm doing it with a combination of swings, cleans and snatches. Today, I could only go from 10 to 5, but I'll keep trying.

Plus, I have only 12, 000 more words to go on this book! Thanks to all who share inspirational stories, blogs, words and emoticons!
