It's been quite some time since I put in a blog. But I have had such a hectic week that I needed to document where I am. Last week was the first week back at school. And actually, the last two weeks have been incredibly difficult and busy. That means...of course...my eating is TERRIBLY off. I had actually dropped down to 272 at one point in the last two weeks, but this morning I started a liquid fast (juice only really) to detox my body from some of the carbs, sugar, and mounds of fat I have eaten lately. And as a starting weight, I hit 276.8. Grr. Once again, I've realized that I need to clean up my eating. I'm happy that I start meeting with my trainer again this week (it's been a LONG month)! I'm going to make a good grocery list this evening to get some clean foods to prepare this week. I have a subscription to "Clean Eating" magazine that I've basically ignored. But I think I will have to get with the program, as it's the best way for me to feed my body.

At any rate, I am hoping to get my act together soon. Here's to starting again!

    Welcome back! Hopefully, you can start incorporating good habits back in your lifestyle. I just started school this week again and I know how crazy it can get. Food is the last thing you want to restrict when patience and sleep are nonexistent lol. We're in this together and I have faith in you! Good luck and stay sparked :)
