Simple Smoothie

simple smoothie:

1/2 c. fat free greek yogurt
1/2 ripe banana
1 C. of your favorite fruit --- blend these 3 together well
Add
1 Tablespoon ground flax seed
1 T. oat bran
blend well

Add 1-2 cups ice to make it thick and shake like
Blend- enjoy

* Note; if not sweet enough add a little sweetner. My favorite is Ideal, it tastes like sugar.
Sometimes I use fruit that seems unlikely, such as cantaloupe/ pineapple. emoticon emoticon emoticon
