Did pretty good today - stayed within my calorie range and ate all my freggies, walked for 50 minutes, and tracked my food and fitness. Now I am adding this entry to grade myself on paper. I give myself an A again. This weekend it is working for me. I hope I can keep it up on regular basis but I need to remember it is not an all or nothing journey I just need to keep plugging away and everything will fall into place.
The "all or nothing" mindset is a hard one to break but with little changes here and there and seeing those pounds drop it will keep you going...even on weekends. Once we're in the regular routine of the BLC it gets to be the "norm" to workout on a regular schedule. We can do this together 3022 days ago
