Canning Salsa

Well I am finally canning some salsa. I have soooo many peppers and tomatoes that I really had no choice but to do it today. Making three different one. One will be VERY hot and the others not so much. I will be the only one eating the hot stuff. The mango one I am doinng is sooooo good. Plus I am doinng a black bean and corn one as well. Will be a good job when all are canned. I'm always open to new recipes, so if you have any that you would like to share, PLEASE send them my way.
