Special bathtub soaking recipe

My favorite end-of-the-day stress relieving activity: soaking in a hot bathtub with a cup of Epsom salts and about a dozen drops of lavender oil. Aaaaaahhhhhhhh! The oil helps relax me and prepare me for sleep, and the Epsom salts help my muscles recover from exercise as well as having some detoxifying properties. This has become my standard operating procedure for soaking in the tub. Without these ingredients, it's just not the same! A couple of yummy smelling candles and soothing music complete the scene.
Now go fill up the tub and soak your cares away! Who needs Calgon anyway?
