This Is Not Just About Calories

I know I've been going about this all the wrong way, up until recently I was only focused on my calorie intake, I didn't get about the fat or protein or carbs. I've realised however, that if I want to be healthy, I need to make sure I'm eating the right amount of everything.
It's quite annoying as for a long while, I've only been putting the calorie count into the food I've entered into the Spark food tracker. I'm slowly adding the rest of the details as, and when, I can.
Today is the first day that all my food has all the categories filled in, and I'm within the right range for them all.
