I found my last scale weight "520lbs" this was at least 6 to 8 weeks ago. I had no care about eating right and was kicking in whole pizzas. When I signed up I put 480 and had just hoped that I would get there soon enough.
Though if this is gonna be about a life change I have to change everything even the mindset about having bad days and feeling bad when I eat to much or make poor choices.
That said I weighed into today at 492. So I have lost 28lbs "truthfully", which is cool, though I had a bad calorie day with lunch and think I am done with eating out. It sort of feels like I am playing Russian Roulette with "good intentions".
I see the blood sugar below 150 and get that false feeling of "good" When in reality I could easily be fluxuating because of the different carbs.
