So this monday i started a challenge on facebook to do 100 squats everyday for 100 days. today is day 4 and it's going wonderfully. i've gotten my 100 in everyday so far and every set i do i try to do different squats and try to get lower. today i will be doing most of them at home so i'm going to use weights with them today.

yesterday i did the 100 plus a WOD and it was a tuff one

50 Jumping Jacks

50 Push Ups

50 Jump Tucks (jump up in the air, tuck knees into chest)

50 Sit Ups

50 Mountain Climbers (R + L = 1 rep)

50 Squats

50 Jumping Jacks

it took me 14:27 to do it and my jump tucks were awful but i did it 50 times :)

hopefully next time i could get it down to about 11min or so
