Half marathon training - day 4

Today and tomorrow are scheduled running rest days. I did do a hard hour spin class this morning and I'm feeling pretty fatigued right now. My next scheduled run is set for Saturday and it is my 6 miles long run. Saturday is also the day that I will be flying from Florida to Cleveland via a stop over in Charlotte NC. Hurricane Irene may very well add some excitement to the travel plans. I had thought about moving my long run to Friday morning instead - but given how tired I feel now, I think maybe that isn't a good idea. I think Friday morning needs to be a true rest day - no running and no spin. I think I will either do yoga or meditate.

That leave me to decide if I will run Friday night or Sunday morning in Cleveland. My Monday run is only going to be 2 miles. So a long run on Sunday might be best. Our hotel is on the lakefront of Lake Erie and the morning temps are supposed to be in the low 60's. That does sound delightful! Sounds like I have made my decision!
