WHY am I on this Journey?
I have been overweight since getting pregnant with my oldest daughter 17 years ago. I've decided it's time for me to find a thinner and healthier me.
WHAT is my MOTIVATION?
I don't want to be just the nice girl with a pretty face. I want the whole package! I want to enjoy trying on and buying new clothes in smaller sizes. I want the confidence that comes with looking and feeling good about myself.
WHAT are your Goals?
To break through my self induced 4 month plateau and to finally find Onederland.
WHAT do you want to ACHIEVE in the next 12 weeks?
To lose between 12-15 pounds.
WHAT needs to Happen in order for me to Achieve my Goals?
Eat within my calorie range (stop late night binging) and exercise.
WHAT ACTION do you need to take in order to Achieve your Goals?
Exercise a minimum of 15 minutes a day. (This usually turns into more)
Drink 8 or more glasses of water a day.
Weigh and measure my food.
Eat lots of freggies.
Log, Log, Log
Go to sleep at a decent hour
