Holy Hamstrings!

I've had a very active couple of weeks and despite all the stretching my hamstrings don't want to relax : ( Thus, making the beginning of my cardio sessions quite unpleasant.
So needless to say I was NOT looking forward to the gym this morning. But I got up, got dressed, slumped on the couch trying to convince myself to stay home - literally slumped to the side on the inviting pillows. However, during the mental debate of "To Gym or Not To Gym" I remembered how my clothes were fitting better, how I feel better throughout the work day and, (this is the most exciting to me) how I can get my wedding bands on and off without applying massive amounts of soap!

I made it to the gym, I wasn't the most excited person there, but I made it through. And I got on a different cardio machine that I believe helped out my tense hammies. I finished up with my weight lifting and fell really good. I put on my capri's that I couldn't button 3 weeks ago and gave myself a big ole smile in the mirror. On to conquer the day!! emoticon

    I hope your hamstrings continue to loosen up. Good for you keeping up the cardio and strength training even though it's uncomfortable. Glad you're seeing results too! emoticon
