Staying Encouraged - Updated 5/27/14

You can't keep a good woman down and I am continuing to step up my game and work harder to make this change in my life by eating healthier. I have not lost what I wanted to lose, but I have lost some weight approximately 7 lbs. I have set my challenge to 30 lbs by
August21st. I want to lose it and it stays off. So I am taking my time. I am finding new ways of changing my eating habits and exercising more also I've learned to shop the perimeter of the store for perishables and fruits and vegetables and this has really helped. I am staying encouraged and steadfast in my challenges.
