Every success story begins with someone who feels like they're failing. That's me. I have been in a downward spiral for a long time. Granted, I have a newborn son, but that's not an excuse to eat a lot of candy or ice cream or get fast food all the time. So yesterday, I made up my mind that I was going to make small steps towards a better me.
This weeks SMALL goals:
-Use my food tracker on SP every day
-Cook dinner every night
-Wash my face every night
That's it for this week. I know I need to take it slow. Small steps can lead to giant success. I believe that.
