Doesn't it feel awesome to eat so balanced? Mmmmmm "colored" wraps are usually made from veggies. The green ones are spinach and I dont even LIKE spinach, but I love them! So yummy!! And, I still eat mayo, it's just light! When I make a wrap, I use the "colored ones" (hehe, you are so cute!), then a tablespoon of cream cheese, a slice of whatever meat I am going to put in it, then load it up with lettuce, tomatoes, and whatever else, and rolllllllll it up. You salad looks deeeelish. Maybe add a little protein to your salads. I bake a split chick breast (2 1/2s = 1 whole) in my toaster oven every Sunday and use a little in my lunch salads through out the week. Bake them at 350 for about 40-45 minutes with the skin on and then take the skin off when you cut them up for your salads. Very juicy. Or you should add a hard boiled egg. Just a thought.
