I set this goal and since I am in charge of it I need to work on it. I have set a few 5K goals before some I have run and others I blew off. It all starts with me. The great ones I was training and ran my heart out. Others I was not doing the training so when race day came I blew it off.
I am pretty sure that I am at least 30lbs lighter than the last race ran and that I could beat my old time hands down. Beating your time on a race you did not train for is bitter sweet. I want an all out victory for the next one. Training & time beating. I want to keep myself honest so I am blogging about it. Three days a week for at least 30 minutes at a time. I have two days of training in. One for this week. Here is to a great race!
