I went to the doctor yesterday, for a very small issue. While there i got to talk to her about running and not losing weight. She (the PA) suggested I try the spartacus workout.

So now I am trying to decide, continue with 28 day boot camp, or do spartacus workout a few times a week. Spartacus is strength training.

anyone have any opinions.

    I know from experience that running alone doesn't make you lose weight fast. Althougth you burn some calories, you don't burn as much as you might think. I have started losing when I got my food really aligned well. Doing the training and making sure I ate correctly.

    As for boot camp vs Spartacus, since I don't really know what is involved in both of them, I can't really tell. The only thing I'd say is finish what you started then try the other one. NOt finishing might have some negative impact on you later. You'll have the pride of having finished it and will be more confident to move on to something else.
