End of week 3

I have struggled again with posting my blogs and tracking my food. I tracked in my mind and I think I did pretty good because my clothes feel a little looser :). I am weighing myself Monday so we will find out then!
I continued with my walks this week, although not as much as I would have liked. Work is still proving to be crazy busy, but I am starting to get more organized and it feels like it might calm down a bit soon.
Next week I want to get more cardio in and definitely some strength training. I'm going to shoot for 3 days of strength training and 4 days of cardio. If I end up doing more then great!!
