The Mall - First Time In A Decade
Saturday, August 20, 2011
I spent today out and about and then went walking through the mall. I was sweating so bad
my arms were all wet, it was intense and great. I have lunch at the mall, a 6inch chicken terriyaki(no sauce) with veggies and a med tea. The meal hit the spot then we walked more.
I really value getting a chance to get out of the house, and do something.
I ran out of most of the meds today, luckily for me I found a surplus of metaformin in one of my duffles to keep me on track for a few months. I have enough insulin for two more months and enough antibiotics for another week or two. I just need to get the smaller meds, though I should get paid this week.
Its weird you really do feel more alive eating clean. I ate my little sandwich and was done with it. I did not dwell on "more", and now a few hours later I feel hunger, real hunger and not the thirst this is SO COOL. This will sound insane though I almost feel like someone has given me a gift. My legs are a little lighter, my toes is cleared up a little, I can walk, and tonight I am going to Walmart to shop the outside isles.
I am even doing some upcoming work towards ink work on my shoulder, figure that is the one place where weight loss wont totally have a big effect. (smiles)
Man I love this feeling :)
