Trying something new

I'm trying something new.. I did my walking today all over a super Walmart in the town near by.. I had a list so as not to browse shop and blow the budget but I did decide to treat myself to a set of resistance bands.. WOOOOW what a difference they make in the seated leg extensions, bicep curls, rowing.. I could feel such a difference vs. just using my dumbbells.. Everytime I got bored I picked up the bands and did some curls or chest stretches..
I have to say I had fun today exercising and trying something new.. I think I'm hooked on bands..

    I use my bands a lot too. Sometimes I tie them to the desk legs and do leg raises or Seated Leg Extensions with Band. Sparks has so many good ideas!
