First official work day

So not the best food day, but I'm not going to let it derail me. I'm going to get on and exercise after the kids go to bed. I want to make up for the bad food day. NO biggie. I won't let it happen again. I know I"m going to IHOP tomorrow night for dinner, so I will plan ahead and I will eat healthy (well as healthy as I can ag IHOP). Can't really refuse IHOP when they are serving free kids meals in the evenings all through the month of August. :P

Overall, it was a pretty good day though. I will have gotten my 8 glasses of water in today by the time I go to bed! There is a positive!

    At IHOP, you could always go for a light breakfast for dinner. Of course, you've got to be careful there too...if we're talking hidden calorie bombs, I think I've heard that IHOP puts pancake batter in their omlets to make them fluffier! Looking up the nutrition info before going is definitely a good idea ^_^;;

    I find that planning ahead and looking up nutrition info for restaurants really helps me make good decisions. Especially when there are calorie bombs hidden in places you wouldn't expect! Way to go on the water! : )
