I really am finding this whole adventure to be quite interesting, minus last nights Charlie Horse in both legs, other than that "totally kosher" :)

    SparkPeople should be giving you a recommendation regarding how many calories you should be eating each day. When I first joined, I entered my current weight, my goal weight, when I wanted to get to my goal (realizing that 1-2 pounds a week is healthy weight loss) and it told me how many calories to eat each day. You may need to tweak it it of you exercise more or less than they suggest.

    Wow! You are awesome! I loved your blog and the fact that you are changing your lifestyle is such an inspiration to me! I am currently 151 lbs (I know... I know..) but it is hard for me to lose weight because I am carrying a lot less than you, but its someone like you that makes me say "If he can do it, so can I". Thank you for the inspiration. I will be following you, so you better keep up the good work ;)

    You're doing great! Great accomplishment at the restaurant. That is always hard for me when the menu has all those yummy looking pictures staring at me. I just say to myself that the pictures look better than they taste. They usually do as I am now so use to whole foods that battered foods taste gross and salads with lots of different vegetables and fruit in it tastes delicious. I bet I see that bumper sticker on your car in the near future.

    LOL back to the water again, thought about u today actually about the whole water thing. LOL i had so much water i literally was going in the bathroom every 5 min!

    Im not sure how many calories u need for the day. BUT the first big change you have accomplished today and u looked at what u were putting into your mouth.

    OMG i am so with you on the loneliness aspect. Ive been feeling that way lately, more so yesterday , its very depressing. Feel like i have no one that "cares", but this website has become my best friend. Im on here 24/7. Not like i have anywhere to go or any place to be....

    Oooo i was thinking of another tat myself, i have 2 , a huge cross on my back and my daughters name and dob on my right wrist.

    OMG there is this place called Red Robin... bottomless steak fries emoticon Now when I go there, I make sure to substitute my fries for a salad... and if I want a fry, I steal one from my kiddo instead of eating 1,000 cals+ just in fries. LOL

    GOOD! You counted everything!! Tracking every single thing at first really helped me. Learning about portions was half of my battle. Seriously.

    Yummmmmmmmmm balsamic!!!! I buy dressing from Olive Garden. It's sooooo good! :)

    You're really making me want to buy a webcam!!! lol I love these video blogs! You're just TOO awesome!

    Can you go to a local doctors office and weigh? I'm SURE they will let you! Will be great for you to have that number. And... when I started, I had Charlie Horses all the time. LOL My legs were like "WTF are you doing!??!!" haha Try to get a bit more potassium (bananas?). It helps with the cramping!

    No worries, I'm TOTALLY gonna pay you back with GIANT BEAR HUGS one day, too! I'm not scared of you! :p Even if you ARE like 1.5 feet taller than me! LOL
    P.S. LOVE LOVE LOVE that song playing. I figured out what it was yesterday and found it on YouTube and posted it on FB :) LOL
