Yes after nearly a year here, next month will be a year, I think I finally have the baby step thing down. I have been trying to make 1 or 2 small changes every few weeks or when I feel it has become habit. Yes I still have my moments of jumping in full tilt without regard for anything else, but mostly I am stay on track and making healthy choices. I am dropping a few pounds a week at the moment and feels great. It is slow but my body and mind are both grateful. I still get side tracked and my bipolar reigns over ever habit good or bad so at times I struggle and fail. But it only leaves me more chances to to get back up and keep trying. I think i will try a video blog next time.
