Did I Cheat ?

It has been almost a week and a half since I have felt "full". At the moment I am almost there. I measured out 2 cups of my roommates Hamburger Helper beef and tomato stuff and then had a medium sized potato. I did not add butter or salt just mashed it all together and for the first time in 4 days my stomach is not growling, in fact as I sit here I am starting to feel full.
Does that mean I cheated ? I already added the nutrition tracker and I am still way under what they told me to eat at. I can not believe that some hamburger mac and a potato totally did me in.
All I see in my brain is "CARBS"... Now I am worried I am gonna spike bad, though for the moment I just feel content. Odd how one week this would be a snack and now it feels like "Thanksgiving Dinner".
