So, how was my day? Not the best, not the worst.
I took it easy all day with my foot, and thought myself successful with "babying" my heel. I had just a little discomfort at times. I got some "work" work done, and stayed away from Mountain Dew. I did have a Diet Sunkist soda with my carrots and potatoes which were really good and filling. I also had two slices of american cheese - probably not necessary, but tasty. I took my lunch break very late, and struggled to stay awake reading my "Lifehacker" book. I wound up hiding away and taking a 20 minute nap during my break, which actually really helped. I did my back exercises, and I did do almost 1/2 on the slant board at home. However, I think doing that exacerbate my heel, so I've been in some discomfort the rest of the night, which is discouraging. have a Diet Sunkist soda with my carrots and potatoes which were really good and filling. Going to bed NOW, so as to add that to my success list!
