Exercise

I got on my Wii Fit today (for a mere 15 minutes) when my boys would let me. I don't mind. They are exercising and don't even know it. That is the bonus right there.

But I was on Sparkpeople, and saw that I should do some ST, so I did it. Not much, but I gotta start somewhere, right?


But I feel better having done it. Now to do it again tomorrow!

School starts next Monday, and I am torn. I ready to get a break from my kids. Horrible, I know. I love them dearly, but they are driving me up the WALL! I am not meant to be a stay at home mom. No way. Send me to work with breaks on the weekeneds! The summer break is nice, but almost too long for me. But I try to get my kids active/involved in things so I get mini breaks here and there. I use the babysitter sparingly, but do use it during summer once or twice for "mommy days". Do not feel guilty about it.

Bring on school! I'm ready for the fresh new year! :-)
