One Per Meal

Liter of water that is. That's the goal. I started a new dietary supplement today--OxyElite Pro. The required water intake is 91 ounces for women, so I figure 3 liters should cover it. I don't have time to count smaller bottles of water. I will forget what bottle I'm on so this should be easier for me.
I know it's controversial taking "diet pills" or whatever. I just read and watched so many positive reviews on it that I wanted to try it for myself. Back in college I tried Xenadrine, no success. But that ish made me feel jittery so I quit taking it not too long after I started.
So here I am taking another crack at another supplement. If anything at all it's forcing me to get a good amount of water in. And I got it on sale. I'm not planning on slacking on my plans. I'm still going to work out and eat as much healthy stuff from home as possible. So if I get any great results it'll be a bonus.
Last night went well. I made chicken and broccoli, using a Spark Recipe and I put a meatloaf in the oven for tonight's dinner. I adapted a meatball recipe from Devin Alexander's Fast Food Fix cookbook. I'll see tonight how well that went.
