Week 5: Motivation!!!

I just love the feeling of a successful weigh-in! It has this amazing motivating power, that proves that your hard work truly is paying off.
Am I perfect every week? Do I stay within my nutritional ranges daily? Do I always get my full hour of workout time in? The answer to this, is definitely not! I do my best day after day, and some days I cave for that extra serving, that extra can of soda, or even a piece of cake at a birthday party. Does it mean that my efforts for the week have been ruined, because of 1 or 2 days of going overboard? The answer to this is also a big fat NO!! If I miss a workout or go overboard on the food intake, I just try to make up for it the next day but working extra hard. Well I am happy to report that my hard work is outweighing my off days.
The scale has proved it this week! I am down another 2lbs this week. This is the first time, in a long time, I have weight less than 140lbs.
Also, my first day back at work in a couple months and several people commented about how good I look and were asking about me losing weight! Another excellent motivator. So far I am off to a great start this week. Got my Turbo Jam workout in this morning and have stayed within calorie ranges for todays intake (even though breakfast was provided for staff today, I didn't even cave for the danishes and donuts).
i AM READY FOR ANOTHER SUCCESSFUL WEEK! BRING IT ON!!
