Ash Wednesday has come and gone, and I still haven't decided what to give up for Lent! I usually do something food-related, like no sugar, no coffee, no soda, etc. - but this year I am led to do something different. I feel like I am paying too much attention to food as it is, so consciously depriving myself of something would make it worse. I know some folks believe in taking something extra on during Lent, so I am toying with the idea of doing some extra exercise each day, coupled with prayer. I better hurry up and decide, though - time is flying by...
