Big bummer - down only 0.5 lbs this week :(

BOO HOO!

I had 590 fitness minutes this week PLUS I have stuck to my strict diet the past 54 days without cheating AND I only lost 0.5 lbs this past week. I'm super bummed.

I hope this is not another trend of not losing weight again :(

Somebody please call the WAAAAHmbulance for me!

    Yea, what Hil said- A loss is a loss Kelli, take it! It means you're getting stronger! I get over 800 fitness minutes a week and at this point, I'd celebrate a .02! ;) Spark on Girlie!

    I share your disappointment. The same have been happening to me for the last 45 days. But in the past, it has taken me several months to lose any weight. It also has taken me several months to gain weight after I have stopped exercising or tracking my food. It goes both ways, I guess. I have decided I won't fall into despair. Eventually one sees results. In the mean time, the bodies benefit from the healthy lifestyle.
