Big bummer - down only 0.5 lbs this week :(

I had 590 fitness minutes this week PLUS I have stuck to my strict diet the past 54 days without cheating AND I only lost 0.5 lbs this past week. I'm super bummed.
I hope this is not another trend of not losing weight again :(
Somebody please call the WAAAAHmbulance for me!
