I did it! Week 1 accomplished.

I'm really proud of myself. I stayed on track 5 out of 7 days, and the days that I did go over, wasn't substantial. And I exercised 4 days out of 7. The result is that I am down 2 lbs- but I forgot to update my tracker last week to show my current weight, so it doesn't actually show as a loss yet.
