tomatoes out the ears

Garden's are work.. another 5 gallon bucket of matoes to process. Plus a basket of peppers..
what a workout.. I try not to bend my back to much but have found I can do sorta a modified lunge to pick veggies. If the neighbor saw me they think I'd done chemicals or something.. emoticon You can make any moving you have to do into a sorta strength exercise..
I'm evening doing some in between the hot bath for the matoes.... Sparkpeople just need to move to progress. Keep the faith, don't quit.
