Well I'm back -- AGAIN

Since my last login I believe I am up another ten pounds, thirty pounds(I choke to say this) from my lowest weight and ten pounds from my highest. So which way will I go. Focusing on what all it took for me to lose the weight and knowing that it will take that much and then some to lose it again is very depressing. The fact that I will have to give up those things that I enjoy IS VERY VERY HARD. HOWEVER, the way in which I will fell(not sick anymore), the way I will look to myself, the influence I will have on my daughter, my skin clearing up, my hair growing, my hips, butt, and stomach not sticking out as far, the money I will save, my overall health is ALL THE MORE REASON, to first: set my mind on what I need to do--set my game plan--put it into action and finally realize this is a life long, every day, every bite, every calorie, every minute of exercise journey. I have heard time and time again that SIN will take your further than you want to go, keep you longer than you wanted to stay, and is harder to get out of than it was to get into(not the exact quote, but).
