EPC DAY 7 - 14 Brainwashing- Reset Mindset!!!!

Hey there all- Sorry I have been missing in action- I've been focusing on some other things in my life besides diet and exercise so the last week hasn't been the greatest, but oh well. A week does not a healthy lifestyle make.

So- I plan to be back in the blogging groove!!!! I talked to Lauren tonight- She is really the best-
Here are a few keys from our conversation today that have brought me back to where I need to be:

Change my MINDSET!!!! Set some goals and go for them. You are worth following through with them and acheiving them, but if you don't reach them its really OK!!! Take that pressure off of yourself to be perfect!!! Recognize and be proud of the things that you DO accomplish- dont let what you don't get done make you blind to the wonderful things you are doing and have already done!!!! Lauren made huge changes in her life, and shocked her friends even. That could be you!! You can be that person that you want to be. Change your mindset... I don't hate this, this is awesome, This is something that I like!!! I am worth it. Think and believe that you are worth it! Reset your mindet- Brainwashing is good if its positive. That is all this is.... I need a real positive brainwash to reset my mindset about myself. Allow yourself to feel confident. Feel Good about yourself. Feel good about your progress now... not after you lose the weight... do it now. You deserve to be happy. Value the right things in life. Stop labeling yourself.... No negative self talk..... I am a cutie! Show your personality!!! Create your own world. You can believe in whatever you want to believe in.

Im all about the positive brain wash-- Im ready to set my goals each day that align with the person I know I am- This week timid person that I am much of the time can take a leap off of a cliff because I am the Happiest girl in the whole USA!!!!! I have confidence and I have lots to be thankful and confident about. Im a pretty awesome person and its time I stop being shy or ashamed about it. Cloud 9 is mighty fine... I think I like it here and I plan to keep putting myself back up here every minute of every day.

    Great! Lauren is awesome to talk to, she is a huge motivator! Set mini goals, even if it is how many cups of water you want to drink for that day. It will work! One day at a time, and I promise you will have success! We all have bad days/weeks when we need to focus on other priorites, but as long as you get back on you are good to go!
